Order Processing Times

Mystery Ball Drops & Crystal Drops

Due to the custom nature of our mystery orders and video reveals, please allow 20–30 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders are pulled and processed in the order they are received to ensure fairness for all customers.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Monthly Crystal Subscriptions

Monthly Crystal Subscription boxes are shipped by the 15th of each month.

Subscription orders follow a separate fulfillment schedule and are not subject to the 20–30 business day processing timeframe.

MAN Boxes

MAN Boxes are fulfilled separately and are not included in the 20–30 business day processing timeframe for Mystery Ball Drops.

MAN Boxes are processed and shipped independently based on inventory and order volume.

Apparel Orders

Apparel items are made and shipped separately from Mystery Ball Drops and Crystal Drops.

Apparel orders are processed and shipped as ordered and are not included in the 20–30 business day processing timeframe.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

United States

• Free shipping on orders over $100
• Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Canada

• Free shipping on orders over $200
• Orders under $200 are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times vary based on customs and carrier processing

International

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times vary by country
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

Lucky Fox Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Reshipment may require additional postage
• Orders returned to us may incur reshipping fees

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lucky Fox Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment
