While your LFC VIP Subscription is active, every eligible new order you place will automatically be moved into our Priority Queue and processed ahead of orders in the standard queue.
LFC VIP orders will be processed in the order they are received among other LFC VIP Subscribers. Priority processing does not guarantee same-day filming, fulfillment, shipping, or delivery. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, order size, inventory availability, holidays, and other business needs.
The LFC VIP benefit applies only to new eligible orders placed while the subscription is active. Orders already waiting in the standard queue before the subscription begins will not be moved into the Priority Queue.
Add More Mystery Balls purchased separately cannot be used to move an existing order from the standard queue into the Priority Queue. However, Add More Mystery Balls purchased with a new eligible Ball Drop will remain with that order and receive the same Priority Queue placement.
The LFC VIP Subscription does not include a monthly product, Ball Drop, discount, Facebook Subscriber benefits, exclusive giveaways, or free merchandise. This subscription is specifically designed for customers who want their eligible Lucky Fox orders processed ahead of the standard queue.
Cancellation Policy
The LFC VIP Subscription is a recurring monthly subscription. To cancel, subscribers must provide Lucky Fox Co. with written notice at least 60 days before the requested cancellation date. Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@luckyfoxco.com.
Your subscription and monthly billing will remain active during the required 60-day notice period, and all LFC VIP Priority Queue benefits will continue during that time. After the notice period has been completed, the subscription will be canceled, and no additional recurring charges will be processed.

By purchasing the LFC VIP Subscription, you acknowledge that this is a recurring monthly subscription and agree that cancellation requires a written 60-day notice submitted by email to hello@luckyfoxco.com. Monthly billing and LFC VIP benefits will continue throughout the notice period.
One thing I would make very clear before launching: if someone submits notice immediately after joining, the 60-day requirement means they may still have approximately two additional monthly payments before cancellation takes effect. That should be displayed prominently before checkout—not hidden only at the bottom of the description—so customers understand the commitment before subscribing.
