• Your reveal video is posted the same day your collection is created.
• Foxy 8 subscriptions receive priority processing and are not placed in the standard Lucky Fox Co. order queue.
• Collections are processed, packed, and shipped by the 15th of each month.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@luckyfoxco.com.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next scheduled processing date to avoid the following month's shipment.

Because every collection is personally curated, filmed, packed, and prepared specifically for each subscriber, refunds cannot be issued once a collection has been processed, revealed on camera, packed, or shipped.
